Today at 12 O'clock my class went to the Whare to go and learn about Dangerous Decibels. Toni the lady teaching us handed out some tuning forks then we banged them on the ground and it made a ting, we put the fork about 20cm away from out ear and out ears felt VERY weird! Then we got some pingpong balls and then banged the tuning fork and put the fork on the ball and it kept bouncing off!
And we learnt about how loud sounds can affect our hearing.
